50 gm of diced onions and 50 gm of diced capsicum can be stir fried for 2 minutes and added to the curry in the end
How to make Kadai Gosht
In a kadai (pan) add all the above mentioned ingredients and salt as desired. Cover and cook this mixture stirring occasionally till the meat is completely tender, gravy is thick, and oil separates. If meat is not done, add some water and cook further. In case the gravy is liquidy, reduce the gravy over high heat stirring continuously. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve Lucky Kadai Gosht with tandoori roti.
