How to make Chicken Biryani using Lucky Masala

Ingredients for Chicken Biryani

  • Chicken 1 Kg chopped 8 big sized pieces
  • Basmati Rice 750 gm Soaked for 30 Minutes
  • Onions 3 finely sliced
  • Tomatoes 4 medium size finely chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 3 TSP
  • Curd 200 gm
  • Oil 150 gm
  • Lucky Chicken Biryani Masala 1 Packet

Note

Half teaspoon liquid yellow food color (optional), green chilies, coriander leaves & few mint leaves.

How to make Chicken Biryani

Step 1:-

Heat oil and ghee and fry the onions till golden and crispy then separate it, cool and crush and add the Chicken pieces in the same oil and fry on a high flame.

Step 2:-

Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute then Add tomatoes, green chilies and half fried onions and salt with 3 cups of water and cover and cook stirring occasionally till the Chicken is tender.

Step 3:-

Add curd or yogurt and our Lucky Chicken Biryani Masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves and cook further for approx. 10- minutes, till the gravy is thick.

Step 4:-

In another pan boil rice with 8-cups of water & salt. When rice is ¾th. Tender, drain water and Take another pan and arrange alternate layers of Chicken – fried onions and rice.

Step 5:-

Mix yellow food color in one portion of biryani. Sprinkle one cup of milk and 2 Tsp of oil and ghee over the rice and Cover tightly leave it to cook on low heat for 10-minutes and your Chicken Biryani is ready.
