How to use Chicken Fry Mix Masala?

Lucky Masale Chicken Fry Mix is very easy to make. The recipe printed at the back of the packet is pretty detailed and easy to follow. Summarizing the recipe:

  1. Make deep incisions in the chicken pieces if you are using drumsticks. If you are making it with the boneless then make sure to poke the pieces with the fork.
  2. In a separate pan add ginger garlic paste, lime juice, salt, yogurt and one pouch of 25g of Lucky Chicken Fry Mix.
  3. Mix them well and now add the chicken pieces in the batter and rub the chicken pieces well in the spice mix. Let the marinade sit for 4-5 hours.
  4. In a separate bowl add one egg, gram flour mix them well into soft batter.
  5. Add the marinated chicken in this mixture. In a wok heat oil and start deep frying chicken pieces till they turn golden brown or tender.

Variations - Orange food color can be added.
