How to use Chicken Korma Masala?

  1. Grind these ingredients to make a fine paste: Tomatoes, grated dry coconut, fresh coriander leaves and 3/4th of the onions.
  2. In a pan heat oil and add the whole spices. Once they start to crackle add the remaining (1/4th) onions in it.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and chicken pieces. Let them fry on high flame for few minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix Lucky Chicken Korma Masala powder, yogurt, salt and the ground paste.
  5. Add this mixture in the chicken and let it fry. Keep stirring it until the oil separates.
  6. Add water to adjust the thickness of the gravy. Cover the lid and simmer the flames.
  7. Let it cook till the chicken is tender.
