Take a pan, add oil, and heat it. Now add onions until light golden fry. Remove the pan separate the oil and fried onion.
Take fried onion, chopped tomatoes, yogurt/curd, and grind it in a fine paste. Add water if necessary.
Using the same oil, sauté mustard seeds and cumin on high flame. Add chopped green chilies, garlic, and coriander leaves. Stir for 30 seconds.
Add chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste and fry on high flame. Add Lucky Chicken Angara, ground paste, and salt. Stir continuously till the chicken is tendered and oil is separated. Adjust gravy by adding water.
Take a small coal piece and heat it over the gas flame. Place a steel bowl in the cooked chicken. Place the heated coal on the steel bowl, add ghee, and cover the pot for 3-4 minutes. Remove the coal piece and enjoy cooked Chicken Angara.
