Take a Kadai (pan) and heat the Oil. Add chopped Onions and sauté for 2 minutes, then add Ginger-Garlic paste and meat. Stir fry until color changes.
Now add Tomatoes and stir continuously, till softened. Add Lucky Masale Kadai Gosht recipe mix and stir fry.
If the meat is Chicken no need to add water, it will cook eventually. However, if you are using Beef or Mutton, add 2-cups of water and cover the pan.
Check if the meat is done. To reduce excess water, cook the meat at high flame until Oil and gravy separate.
At this point, add the Green Chilies and cover the pan. Your sizzling Kadai Gosht is ready to eat. Lastly, sprinkle the roasted & crushed Cumin and Coriander seeds.
