Kadai Gosht

Materials

  • 1 kg Meat bone and boneless mixed
  • 400 g chopped Onions
  • 500 g chopped Tomatoes
  • 200 g Ghee/Oil of your choice
  • 6 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
  • 5-6 pcs Green Chilies cut into half
  • 1 tbsp Cumin roasted and crushed
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds roasted and crushed
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chopped fresh Coriander leaves
  • 50 g dice Capsicum optional
  • 50 g dice Onion optional
  • 1 packet Lucky Masale Kadai Gosht Masala recipe mix 

Instructions

  • Take a Kadai (pan) and heat the Oil. Add chopped Onions and sauté for 2 minutes, then add Ginger-Garlic paste and meat. Stir fry until color changes.
  • Now add Tomatoes and stir continuously, till softened. Add Lucky Masale Kadai Gosht recipe mix and stir fry.
  • If the meat is Chicken no need to add water, it will cook eventually. However, if you are using Beef or Mutton, add 2-cups of water and cover the pan.
  • Check if the meat is done. To reduce excess water, cook the meat at high flame until Oil and gravy separate.
  • At this point, add the Green Chilies and cover the pan. Your sizzling Kadai Gosht is ready to eat. Lastly, sprinkle the roasted & crushed Cumin and Coriander seeds.

Optional

  • When you add sliced Green Chilies, you can add dice Capsicum and Onion as well. Stir fry for 2 minutes, then follow the same steps.
